Whats up now...

What is up now?
Well. . . . . This is what us pro waterskiers call downtime, time to re-energize, re-boost the systems, chill-out, or get real wild and crazy, or just get down to work, and learn some new stuff.
I have been doing a mix of all of that and more for the last few weeks. Had some good time on the water, trying to do some new things, and break out of the comfort zones, and usual patterns, or "ruts" that athletes tend to fall into.
I am sure not in a rut. Haha
Had some fun at Daytona Beach last weekend, and met quite a few other people that sure were having fun on there spring breaks. Pretty cool. There were about 40 of us waterskiers out for St. Patty's day, and that was a fun time to get together with some great friends, green beers, and of course some typical bar cuisine....hahah Not athletes food for sure!
Don't worry, we make it work, thats why we are top athletes, we know when to chill out, and when to get serious and train extra hard!
My goals for the next few months, are to learn some new things in tricks, figure out how I am going to fly 240 feet this year by the worlds, and get on my brand new jumpers that I am waiting for from Goodman, as I think they are really going to help. I also have wicked graphics custom made by Ape Wraps for them; www.apewraps.com. I also had Helmets done up with my Customs Ryan Dodd Blood graphics, as well as both of my trick boards. Get in touch with me, or www.apewraps.com if you want your own helmets, or skis custom wrapped! SICKKKKKKKKkkkkkkkkkk
Well. On another note, I have my ramp back in the water in florida, if anyone wants to come fly with me, give me a shout! We'll get you landing farther from the ramp that you normally do, and that's the whole point isn't it?????
Allright, thats it.
Check in later, I may have something better to say like, ohhhh i do. Check out my new article in waterski magazine www.waterskimag.com April, Core section. I guess its "core." ahhhhhhhhhhhhh
Beef.
